A 10-minute guided mindfulness meditation to help you reconnect with the breath and invite in a sense of calm and relaxation. This meditation can be helpful with managing racing thoughts or rumination, connecting to the present moment, and improving your mind/body connection.
A 10-minute guided meditation focused on grounding mind and body through tracking body sensations. I'll invite you to track the sensations of your breath, along with other sensations throughout your body, to build gentle body awareness and calm the mind. I'll also provide guidance on managing pain and areas of discomfort.
